Matematická simulace proporcionálního nepřímo řízeného přepouštěcího ventilu

Abstract

Master thesis deals with mathematical simulation of pilot-operated proportional pressure relief valve. The introduction consists of terminology and analyses of pressure control in hydraulic mechanisms, with a focus on pilot-operated proportional pressure relief valves. Thesis continues with analyse of design of selected pilot-operated proportional pressure relief valve, including the measurement of springs stiffness and the description of the function of the valve. This is followed by an experimental measurement and a comparison of the measured static characteristics with the characteristics given by the manufacturer. Based on the analysis of the valve design, a mathematical model is developed. At the end of the work, the mathematical model is verified by experimental measurements.
