Zvýšení produktivity výrobního zařízení implementací systému plánované a preventivní údržby

Abstract

This thesis deals with the introduction of some methods of total productive maintenance (TPM) in the company ArcelorMittal Frydek-Mistek, a.s. The first part focuses on the characteristics and benefits of TPM methods while considering possible problems with putting it into practice and assessing possibilities of improving the productivity of maintenance after the introduction of TPM method. The second part deals with the history and characteristics of company ArcelorMittal Frydek-Mistek, a.s. which specializes in the production of electrical steel, especially dynamo steel and transformer steel. The third part is an analysis of the current state of the rolling mill, which became the subject of the thesis in the implementation of selected TPM methods. In the final part there are recommended suggestions, assessment of the findings and interpretations of expected improvements after the introduction of TPM.
