Abstract
At industrial enterprise management, human aspect gets to the forefront as one the key factors of enterprise performance. Available human resources in required sector and qualification structure and respective time period are becoming key factor at enterprise management. They are prerequisite for its successful operation. Current supply of labor resources does not correspond in many aspects to the requirements of industrial companies.
Mismatch between graduate structure and the requirements of industrial business sector causes troubles to both enterprises, through the lack of qualified human resources, and to government due to the inefficient spending funds for inadequate education the result of which is also structural unemployment.
Significant share in this existing state is due to the lack of connection of education system and industrial business sector and its requirements for the development of sector structure and qualification.
This dissertation sees the reflection of industrial sector human resource management in the education system, especially in technical regional education, as basic functional element of efficient education system, school network and their sector structure setup.
It is based on theoretical assumptions of human resource management and practical knowledge and it builds on postgraduate student's long experience in vocational education personnel management. It analyses occupation structure and employment of graduates of secondary vocational schools focused on technical disciplines and tries to resolve the reasons for school graduate unemployment. It follows the development of worker competence requirements, demand for occupations or education branches aimed at industrial sector, and draws attention to systemic discrepancies.
The dissertation assesses individual reasons for needs and resources mismatch and strives to find solutions to create the environment supporting the cooperation of industrial businesses and education system. It assumes a feedback information system between industrial enterprises and education system. It presents a draft of the cooperation model of industrial sector and education system within the regional and countrywide level while respecting the National Occupations System and the National Qualifications Framework.
The dissertation does not cover all aspects of enterprise human resource work. It aims at human resource preparation in relation to education system. It is limited just to secondary education and does not deal with other aspects of labor market. It focuses on the preparation of technical branches in secondary vocational schools.
