Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce “ Návrh obchodní strategie pro konkrétní podnik“, je analýza stávající situace podniku a sestavení obchodní strategie pro další období. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První část práce vychází z odborné literatury. Je tvořena teoretickým přehledem problému tvorby obchodní strategie a popisuje její jednotlivé prvky. Druhá část se zabývá charakteristikou firmy Lukáš Klein – Digipoint, např. vývoj firmy od roku 2000, postavení firmy na trhu. Třetí část je zaměřena na analýzu stávající situace a stávající obchodní strategie. Ve čtvrté části je navržena nová obchodní strategie pro příští období. V závěru jsou navržena doporučení pro tvorbu nové obchodní strategie.

The subject of the thesis “Business Strategy Proposal for a Particular Enterprise“, is a analysis of the current situation of the company and formulating business strategy for next periods. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first part is based on professional literature. Thesis is aimed at theoretical overview of the creating business strategy and describes its individual components. The second part deals with characteristics of Lukáš Klein – Digipoint firm, for example development of the firm since 2000, position of the firm in the market. The third part concerns with analysis of the current situation and current business strategy of the company. In the fourth part is proposing the new business strategy for next periods. The final part proposes recommendations for the creation of a new business strategy.
