Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of air transport safety, more specifically with its ground portion. The thesis comprises two parts - the primary textual part and a training tutorial. The first part contains all the elements important for defining the fundamental issues of air transport safety. These issues are described and analyzed in individual chapters. Second part of the thesis, the electronic tutorial, is designed to present content of the textual part in such a manner that would make it interesting and engaging for the students.
