Návrh technologie loupání ocelových tyčí

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with a proposal of technology for peeling steel bars. Its theoretical part focuses on the description of technology behind a peeling line, on blade plates manufactured by various companies, and on measurement with the laser device Mitutoyo 512A. In the practical part a long-term experimentation with parameters of using a peeling line is looked into, concerning peeling technology for two types of steel S355J2G3 and 42CrMoS4 with the peeling line LANDGRAF T80. The blade plates of two types of steel were compared as well as efficiency of the peeled material production. The thesis was further evaluated through visualisation of peeled bar worked surface quality of both types of steel, using the most suitable cutting tools parameters set by use in practice.
