Řešení problému záměny chirurgických souprav s využitím metod managementu kvality

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis, I dealt with improving the process of packaging surgical kits by the usage of quality management methods at the production company Mölnlycke Health Care Karviná. The company manufactures single – use surgical sets according to ČSN EN ISO 13485 - Czech Technical Standard specifying quality management systems for medical devices. The packaging process is a critical process in terms of the occurrence of errors and the resulting customer complaints of the mismatch sets in the box. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop the results of measurements and observations and to propose improvement of the process using quality methods. In the first theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is described company, product and production program, there are explained processes, including packaging process. In the second, practical part, the results of measurement and observation of the packaging process are processed. At the end of the work, steps are being proposed to improve.
