Implementace kittingu na vybraných výrobních střediscích svařovny

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with issue of storages and organization of incoming material at the production centre of the welding shop at company Tawesco s.r.o. The aim of thesis is to change the material flow and organization of production centres through the implementation of kitting. In the introductory part, the concept of kitting is introduced, complemented by insights from logistics and work ergonomics. In the practical part, analyses are made concerning the occupancy of production centres by handling units, storage and marking of input material. Based on the evaluation of the analyses, a new method of material supply to the centres through a kitting warehouse is proposed, together with its layout and distribution of input components. Subsequently, the material handling units for the transfer of material between the production centres and the design of the kitting trolleys are defined, as well as the material supply and picking system. Finally, the storage area used before and after the introduction of kitting at the centres is compared, supplemented by productivity and project payback indicators.
