Návrh vnější komunikace firmy pomocí ECM

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis and design of Open Source ECM solution of external commercial communication via web services. The proposal consists of the collated recommendations for each stage of ECM system modeling. The thesis is based on software engineering methods. The analysis of each ECM product is implemented on methods of multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives, a weighted sum method (WSA) and TOPSIS method. The design of ECM is based on the WebML (Web Modeling Language) methodology. Regardless of the specific user interface, the WebML separates the site information content (data model or ER diagram) and navigation structure (hypertext model). Presented proposal is aimed at small and mid-sized business.
