Parametry ovlivňující drsnost povrchu při obrábění

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is the description of some specific parameters that influence the surface roughness during machining. In the begining I´ve described the formation of a chip in the cutting process. Next point is focused on the surface structure, especially on the component surface roughness. The experiment was developed in cooperation with Klein and Blazek Ltd. and Pramet Tools Ltd. It analyzes and evaluates the surface roughness depending on the machining parameters. All the measured values are shown in the tables and graphs. In the discussion of the experiment I evaluated the results. Finally, it was found that by changing the indexable cutting inserts and the displacement was achieved also economic benefits.
