Návrh nejvhodnějšího nástroje pro frézování rovinných ploch

Abstract

The bachellor's thesis deals with selection of appropriate milling tool for machining of flat surfaces. Selection took place at company JCEE s.r.o. in Lanškroun. Thesis is split to practical and theoretical parts. Theoretical part introduces the company and history of machining, branches and types of machining industries. The end of the first part deals with general issues of milling - machines, tools, milling categories, categories of milling tools materials. Practical part deals with the selection process itself with the aim of achievement of required surface. There were 3 milling tools available for the experiment. Testing was performed on machine be company Hurco GmbH. Milling tool was selected according to best surface roughness, price of VBD and efectivity of machining.
