Abstract
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the measurement and evaluation of repeatability of geometric deviations in a part produced using additive manufacturing. The aim was to determine how large the geometric deviations can be during repeated scanning of the same part, and how much the results can differ between measurements. The introduction describes the methods for evaluating geometric deviations and repeatability. In the experimental part, the part was scanned thirty times using a HandySCAN handheld 3D scanner and then analyzed in VXelements software. Statistical processing of the data made it possible to determine the rate of repeatability in the measurements. The appendix provides a detailed statistical analysis with graphs that show the comparison results. The findings give an overview of dimensional accuracy stability and can be used to optimize manufacturing processes.
