Výběr a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem a adaptací zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je členěna na dvě hlavní části, a to teoretická východiska výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců a část praktickou. Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza systému výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Pro potřeby analýzy bylo využito rozhovorů se zaměstnanci, dotazníkové šetření a analýzy interních dokumentů organizace. Závěrečná část je věnována návrhům a doporučením, jež mají poskytnout zlepšení ve výběru a adaptaci nových zaměstnanců v dané organizaci.

This dissertation deals with selection and adaptation of employees in chosen organization. Work is divided into two main parts, first is theoretical possibilities of selection and employees adaptation and second is practical. Aim of this dissertation is system analysis of selection and employees adaptation in chosen organization. For analysis purposes were used interviews with employees, questionnaire and internal documentation analysis. Final part is specialized in suggestions an proposals, which should provide improvement in selection and adaptation of new employees in chosen organization.
