Identifikace ohrožení a návrh krizové prevence vybraného podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací ohrožení společnosti a následně krizovou prevencí. Cílem je aplikovat vybrané metody na podnik a poté navrhnout opatření, která eliminují možnosti vzniku krize. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část seznamuje se základní terminologií, která se týká krize a krizového managementu. Dále jsou uvedeny a popsány metody strategické analýzy. Konkrétně je pak vybráno pět metod, pomocí kterých jsou odhalena zranitelná místa podniku. V praktické části jsou zmíněné metody aplikovány na vybranou společnost. Konkrétně se jedná o firmu PLAKOR CZECH s.r.o., která působí v automobilovém průmyslu a vyrábí plastové komponenty do automobilů. Dále je veškerý proces vyhodnocen a jsou stanovena potenciální krizová ohniska dané společnosti. Pro detailnější analýzu těchto ohnisek jsou vypracovány krizové scénáře, ve kterých je krize konkrétněji popsána, je určen spouštěč krize, pravděpodobnost vzniku krize a je určen také dopad krize. Na základě těchto scénářů jsou krize ohodnoceny a jejich hodnocení je zavedeno do krizové matice. V poslední kapitole této práce jsou uvedeny doporučení a zásady prevence krize daného podniku.

This diploma thesis is dealing with the identification of threats to company and subsequently crisis prevention. The aim is to apply selected methods to the company and then propose measures that eliminate the possibility of a crisis. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part introduces the basic terminology that relates to crisis and crisis management. The following are methods of strategic analysis. Specifically, five methods are selected to identify vulnerabilities in the company. In the practical part, the mentioned methods are applied to the selected company. Specifically, it is the company PLAKOR CZECH s.r.o., which operates in the automotive industry and manufactures plastic components for cars. Furthermore, the entire process is evaluated, and potential crisis outbreaks of the company are determined. For a more detailed analysis of these outbreaks, crisis scenarios are developed, in which the crisis is described more specifically, the trigger of the crisis is determined, the probability of the crisis and the impact of the crisis is also determined. Based on these scenarios, crises are assessed, and their assessment is introduced into the crisis matrix. The last chapter of this thesis contains recommendations and principles of crisis prevention of the company.
