Racionalizace výroby hydraulické koncovky

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the rationalization of the production of a hydraulic fitting. The introduction briefly presents the company where this rationalization is implemented. Furthermore, the material used and the specific practical application of the hydraulic component are described. Subsequently, the thesis analyzes the current manufacturing process in detail, including the machinery, tools, and individual work operations involved. This is followed by a proposal for a new manufacturing solution, which primarily consists of an innovation in the cutting tools used, thereby enabling more efficient and faster machining of the component. The final section provides a comprehensive comparison of the original and the rationalized production processes from both time and economic perspectives.
