Analýza systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The target of this work was to analyze the system remuneration of employees in company Flowserve Czech Republic s.r.o. and through identified information suggest possible solutions to improve current system remuneration of employees. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of remuneration and describes all elements of the remuneration system. The practical part was worked trough analysis documents of selected company, interviews with HR and by questionnaire. The analysis then became the basis for formulating proposals and recommendations that could contribute to improving the current system of remuneration.
