Abstract
In this Thesis deals with solving of the outer problems in 2D using direct boundary element method, so-called potentials method is described. The basis for determining the boundary integral equation is the representation formula. Using this theorem can be determined boundary integral equation to a limited area. These equations are solved using collocation methods. The solutions are implemented in the programming language Matlab, including numerical experiments and their graphical visualization.
