Konstrukční návrh zařízení pro vyprazdňování kontejneru

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem zařízení, které slouží k vysypávání kontejnerů externích firem do normalizovaných kontejnerů na daném pracovišti. V úvodu je čtenář seznámen s aktuální problematikou stávajícího stroje. V hlavní části je zkonstruováno zařízení s optimálním řešením nosné konstrukce a pohonu. Důraz je kladen na snížení hmotnosti a pokles celkových nákladů. K pevnostním výpočtům je použita analýza metody konečných prvků. Dosažené výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěru. Vytvořená výkresová dokumentace je v příloze.

The thesis is talking about design of the equipment which is used for emptying of the containers from external companies into standard containers in a certain department. A reader is familiar with current issues of existing machine in the introduction. In the main part there is designed an equipment with optimal solution of the construction and the engine. There are two main goals – a weight reduction and a total cost decrease. The Finite Element Method analysis is used for strength calculations. The results are summarized in the conclusion. The newly created drawing documentation is added in the enclosure of the bachelor thesis.
