Abstract
In the thesis is analyzed an engagement in organizational context. The theoretical part deals reasons of employee engagement. The aim of the thesis is the evalution of employee engagement level in selected company. On the basis of findings will be introduced recommendations to improve the level of the employee engagement in this company.
