Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to modificate appraisal system in the organization XY and recommend suggestions to improve this system. The theoretical part describes several koncept that relate to the topic. There are definitions of „human resource management“, also „personal business“ and the achal explanation term „appraisal system“.
In the practical part is analyzed emplpoyee appraisal system, which were based on unstructured interview with personal person of organization XY. Research questions were raised and the survey was conducted. Through this analysis was described employee appraisal system in the organization XY. Results of the questionaire survey are evaluated. and processed proposals and recommendations to modificate the employee appraisal system.
