Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with preventing clicking noise of a motor shaft by plastic element, which in inserted into gearbox housing. In the introduction section is described „clicking noise of a motor shaft“. In this thesis are introduced three solutions, that are preventing clicking noise. The solutions are internal – compensation element/elements, and external – self–cutting screw. The main point of the bacherlor thesis is to choose from these three solutions one, that is most suitable for large-scale production. The selected solution has been optimized for type of production technology – injection molding. FEM analysis has been taken as well. Attachment contains following drawings: assembly of plastic gearbox, changed part of plastic gearbox, original plastic gearbox and compensation element.
