Analýza zákazníků a návrh systému CRM pro vybraný zákaznický segment v makléřské pojišťovací společnosti

Abstract

This thesis characterizes a company SATUM CZECH s.r.o., explains the basic concepts of insurance, organizational structure of the company and selected economic indicators. Customers and product portfolio of the selected brokerage segment is evaluated in the practical part of the thesis. A total of 5,288 customers of the D-small segment is evaluated by using the ABC and Pareto analysis method. In the conclusion of the thesis are proposed recommendations for optimilazing existing processes to a care of the analyzed client segment.
