Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with the design of interior solutions of electric single-storey unit. In the introduction of the work, the applicable legislative requirements for the interior of the rolling stock are defined. The following are some solutions to the current manufacturers of rolling stock and their evaluation. The main elements of the interior are then defined and the requirements to be met with regard to the legislation in force. Based on defined existing solutions and applicable legislation, designs of interior solutions are made, selection of the best solution according to specified criteria and evaluation of individual designs. The calculation of payload from standing passengers and baggage is followed. On the basis of the carriage of oversized baggage, this work is complemented by the design of the shelf for transporting these baggage and a simplified strength check of the design. The work is complemented by the drawing documentation of the designed solutions.
