Návrh poloautomatické děrovačky hliníkových profilů

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the construction design of a semi-automatic drilling machine for aluminium profiles for the company ELVAC a.s., which is able to drill holes and mill grooves into modular aluminium profiles in semi-automatic mode. In the introduction, there is an introduction to the current hole making process After an analysis of the current situation, the requirements for the machine were determined. This is followed by a market survey, after which, taking into account the requirements arising, suitable design options were proposed. The most suitable variant is then implemented. The individual components of the selected variant are then analysed and described. The implementation is then supplemented by a 3D model, the necessary calculations, FEA analysis and drawings.
