Abstract

The following thesis deals with ways of addressing the seal cap vehicle reheating furnaces, which we are using to seal the gap between the furnace hearth and benches against the escape of heat and pressure flue gas from the furnace area. The introduction describes a separate heating furnace wagon and its main components. The next part deals with ways of sealing caps and their description. Based on the design of new possible solution is chosen and the detailed design for drafting the most ideal variant sealing plug wagon furnaces.
