Návrh variátoru pro pohon dopravníku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výpočtovým a konstrukčním řešení převodovky. Součástí konstrukce převodovky je variátorový převod, který reguluje převodový poměr a tím rychlost otáček na výstupu. V rešeršní části je zabýváno, funkčností, konstrukčnímu řešení a využití variátorových převodovek v praxi. Na základě zadaných vstupních hodnot je navržen samotný variátor, potřebné ozubené soukolí a hřídele. Po konstrukčním návrhu jsou provedeny výpočty kritických míst převodovky. Součástí výpočtu kritických míst zahrnuje analytické a numerické řešení.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the calculation and design solution of a gearbox. The gearbox design includes a variator transmission, which regulates the gear ratio and thus the output speed. The literature review part deals with how the device works, describes various design solutions, and the use of variator transmissions in practice. Based on the given values, I propose the variator itself, the necessary gears, and shafts. After the design proposal, calculations of the critical points of the gearbox are performed. The calculation of critical points includes an analytical solution and numeric solution.
