The bachelor thesis examines the technology of cooling grooves manufacture. The cooling grooves serve to air supply a body of different diameters. The emphasis is on the precise positioning of the cooling grooves with a constant depth in full length. The major goal of this bachelor thesis is to innovate and streamline the production process. In addition, we want to determine other possible manufacture process methods and it´s clumping in contrast with the default manufacture method. The bachelor thesis is more difficult in terms of used material. In our case, we use metal of grade 19 witch consists of small-scale grooves. Our component is milled by a five-axis CNC mill. We choose this mill due tilting of components in full lenght of the groove to cover the most suitable position for machining with a ball end mill.
