Abstract
The selected topic for my Bachelor thesis was called ,, Economic analysis of chosen gastronomic company“ in order to explore the financial analysis methods throughout the financial health of JT Gastroprovoz s.r.o. In the thesis there are at first identified the basic concepts and methodological concepts as well, which are then applied in practice. The following was based on behalf of previous data from accountant statements from the years 2018 to 2020, the financial situation of this company and its development in the first years of its entrepreneurship business. After finding out and exposing the problems which are well researched, the weak links are recommended to improve in order for future accomplishments and progress.
