Abstract

The aim of the bachelor dissertation “Organisation’s implementation of principles of learning organization” is an explanation of the term “learning organization”, its development and various authors’ opinions summary focusing on human resources that could provide certain competitive advantage. The dissertation focuses on main principles of learning organization and techniques to be used to achieve the status of learning organization. At this point the dissertation begins to emphasize the important of a primary element that helps with learning organisation’s development. In the research part of the dissertation the analysis of company Generali IT s.r.o. is presented. This analysis is based on research methods such as inverview, observation and questionnaire. Gained information is linked back and related to the theoretical part of the dissertation. Also, based on the research finding an organizational changes proposal has been worked out. These changes should lead to building up a learning organization.
