Abstract

Thesis topic is training and development of enterprise operators. In the first theoretical part there is economic – the technical characteristics of the enterprise. The second part is dedicated to theoretical background of HR and performance management. The third part is practical and discusses the current state of the organization and corporate performance management. The practical part also deals with the current conditionin the surveyed manufacturing department, the questionnaire surfy among employees of the department and the author's recommendations to improve the situation. The thesis aims to draft measures on the basis of ananalysis of the current system of education, development and evaluation of the surveyed department, which conveniently connects development, training and assessment methods and activities with the possibility of carem personnel department.
