Abstract

In this thesis there is processed the analysis of the current marketing strategy which is used in Toni building company. Firstly there are elaborated the theoretical procedures of marketing management and marketing strategy and its target is to increase the competitive advantage of companies. After that follows the description of the current marketing procedures of the company and its subsequent analysis by using SWOT analysis where the strong and weak spots are analysed and there are mentioned threats and opportunities which influence the company from outside surrounding. This part includes also the study of competition marketing strategies in the area of flats reconstruction. The conclusion of the thesis includes proposals and recommendations for renewal of competitive advantage of the current marketing strategy which is used in Toni company.
