Implementace metody SMED při týdenní údržbě pájecích zařízení a optimalizace pracoviště ve smyslu štíhlé výroby

Abstract

This thesis deals with the time reduction of weekly maintenance soldering lines WAV 009 and workplace optimizing of printed circuit board assembly and final testing. The theoretical part describes the method of rapid changes, its usage and concepts from lean manufacturing. In the next part is characterized the process of wave soldering and made a detailed analysis of the maintenance activities. On the bases of surveys are specified problems in maintenance. Proposed solutions include the introduction of SMED method, which goes to shortening of the maintenance by two hours and faster commissioning. The main elements of the workplace optimization are saving of one operator and layout of new production cell.
