Návrh pohonu stavebního výtahu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem pohonu stavebního výtahu (vrátku) pro dopravu materiálu. Úvodní část diplomové práce je věnována rešerši existujících řešení stavebních výtahů a lanových vrátků. Z možných variant lanových vrátků byl vybrán pozemní typ stavebního vrátku, který je poháněn elektromotorem. Samotný návrh spočívá ve volbě lana, návrhu lanového bubnu, pohonu bubnu a dalších jednotlivých částí vrátku. Práce dále obsahuje pevnostní výpočty a kontroly dílčích částí vrátku. V příloze diplomové práce je uveden detailní výkres lanového bubnu a výkres sestavení lanového vrátku.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the building elevator (winch) drive for the transport of material. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the search of existing solutions for building lifts and rope winches. From the possible variants of rope winches, was selected a ground type of building winch, which is powered by an electric motor. The proposal itself consists in the choice of a rope, the design of the rope drum, the drum drive and other individual parts of the winch. The diploma thesis also includes strength calculations and checking other parts of the winch. In the attachment to the diploma thesis is included a detailed drawing of the rope drum and a assembly drawing of a rope winch itself.
