Konstrukční návrh rotačního třídiče typu Distl-Susky pro třídění koksu

Abstract

Currently coke is still irreplaceable in energetics and in metallurgy in particular in production of steel and alloys. Coke like any other bulk material has own properties and parameters which are treated during its production. Raw coke coal is used for production of coke, which is specific by its composition and parameters and we observe caking, plasticity, swelling, expansion as well as contain of water, sulphur, phosphorus and ash. In the process of coke production both, the input (coal) and the output product (coke), are milled and crushed. Several types of crushers, ball mills and sorting screens are used in these processes. My thesis is focused on the sorting system Distl-Susky that falls into the latter category.
