Bachelor thesis addresses the interior refurbishment of the town hall in Ostrava- Martinov. The introductory section outlines the historical development of administrative and municipal architecture, with a particular focus on the evolution of town halls from their origins to the present day. Drawing on a comprehensive review and comparative analysis of various design concepts and renovation approaches for administrative and public buildings, the thesis presents an interior design proposal that adheres to current construction, hygiene, and technical regulations. The final design outcome combines functional efficiency with spatial adaptability, emphasizing a cohesive visual identity and long-term sustainability.
