Vysokorychlostní frézování austenitické oceli

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with high speed milling of austenitic steels. It was implemented in the firm of J. P. Technology. It is concerned with production of components for the planetary gear of austenitic steel. There is described the use of modern technology with a milling tools ISCAR and machining center DECKEL MAHO DMC 1035 V as compared to the original technology implemented by HSS tools from the concern HHW. The introduction describes general characteristics and machining austenitic steels. Another chapter is devoted to the HSC milling and its effective utilisation. In the conclusion, there is the finding that using a new technology machining of austenitic steels achieve the shorter production times and therefore lower production costs.
