Návrh marketingové komunikace ubytovacího zařízení

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá marketingovou komunikáciou ubytovne Slunečnice v meste Opava Jej cieľom bolo analyzovať súčasnú marketingovú komunikáciu a navrhnúť novú marketingovú komunikáciu pre novú klientelu. Práca sa skladá z teoretickej a praktickej časti. V teoretickej časti je popísaná marketingová komunikácia a marketingová komunikácia v ubytovacích službách. Je tu aj charakteristika ubytovne. Praktická časť obsahuje dotazníkové šetrenie. Dotazovania sa zúčastnili respondenti z Opavy a okolia. V záverečnej časti práce sú uvedené konkrétne návrhy a odporúčania, ktoré vznikli na základe výsledkov analýzy. Nachádza sa tu aj navrhovaný rozpočet na komunikaciu.

The diploma thesis deals with the marketing communication of the hostel Slunečnice in the city of Opava. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the marketing communication is described. The description of the hostel Slunečnice can be also found there. The practical part is devoted to the questionnaire investigation. The questioning was carried out on respondents in Opava and its surroundings. The suggestions and recommendations, that arose on the ground of analysis results, are described in the final part of work. There is also a suggested budget for communication in this part of work.
