Abstract
This work deals with a system, which detects the letters of blocks, with the help of camera and measures the distance between detected object and a reference point, sends the detected object data’s to the PLC. The data processing continues with PLC, which sends data to the newly designed HMI screen. Furthermore, a created program for robot execute the robot movements towards to the object. A gripper program was designed and tested in Robot Studio with servo gripper holding the detected object.
