Abstract

The aim of thesis is the estimation of financial benefits of the private banking, which will be estimated by means of financial analysis of the private bank and the universal bank. The private banking will be estimated on mystery shopping base from the client view in three banks. This thesis contains basic theoretic resource for banking system, private banking and financial analysis of bank. There are analyzed the results of financial analysis of both banks. Also there are summarized the differences in the universal and private bank. The mystery shopping of private banking is estimated by predetermined parameters. The results of the financial analysis and mystery shopping are compared. There are summarized the financial benefits of the private banking for the client and for the bank. There are summarized the main drawbacks of this services.
