Řešení problematiky zmetkovitosti při lisování ložisek metodikou Lean Six Sigma.

Abstract

The Master thesis deals with solution of Scrapping of Bearing during pressing process. The Lean Six Sigma method was chosen to solve the problem. Master thesis starts with introduction of company, description of the problem and used components. Subsequently, there is a characterization of Lean Six Sigma method. The most important part of the thesis is a project which maps a complete production process, its problems and solution. The last part consists of technical-economic evaluation and conclusion which takes reduction of losses into consideration.
