Optimalizace svařování slitiny AlSi10Mg vyrobené 3D tiskem

Abstract

This master thesis is focused on the study of the influence of optimal preparation, the choice of suitable welding technology and the choice of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of the material. In the theoretical part I describe a type of additive technology - Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) and then one it’s subtype – Selective Laser Melting (SLM). This is followed by a chapter on the properties of the material used – an alloy AlSi10Mg, produced by a 3D printer. Before the experimental part itself I have included a short description of the ECAP forming technology, which I used before the actual welding in my experiment. In the experimental part itself, there is a detailed description of the preparation of the samples, their treatment before welding, subsequent heat treatment and finally the evaluation of the different combinations of samples using destructive and non-destructive testing methods. In conclusion there is an evaluation of the results obtained and their possible implementation in practical use.
