Návrh šroubového lisu 50kN

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the design of workshop screw press with a maximum press force of 50kN. In the first part are briefly described the most common types of workshop presses. Following is a complete design of own solution and strength test of main and critically stressed parts. All strength checks with the exception of bevel gears were carried out analytically. In the conclusion of thesis is a summary and comparison of advantages and disadvantages of the proposed press. The annex includes a proposal geometry and strength check of bevel gears using program Autodesk Inventor 2015, assembly drawing of press and subassembly of frame.
