Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction in connection with social networks for three selected industrial companies. The thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines marketing research and everything related to it, as well as the foundation of social networks in marketing. In the second, practical, part, the results of the questionnaire survey are evaluated and suggestions and recommendations are linked to them.
