Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis "Modification of Employee Performance Management System in the Selected Company" is to analyze the process of performance management, which was carried out in a particular company, to identify its current state and propose measures of improvement. The first part describes a theoretical basis of the issue of performance management and the second part applies these findings to practice. The diploma thesis is divided into seven chapters, each of which deals with a certain issue, whether in the field of theory or practice.
