Abstract

This Bachelor’s Thesis deals with the design of machine for serving table tennis balls. In the introductory theoretical part, different types of these machines are compared and the readers get familiar with the table tennis issue. When designing the machine, a general modeling procedure was used. This is followed by the practical part, in which the individual parts of the throwing machine are explained and depicted in the pictures. The thesis also includes the strength analysis of the attachment of the machine using the finite element method. Attachment contains the drawing documentation and other explanatory illustrations of some parts of the machine.
