Abstract
The objective of the thesis is to draw up a proposal for an evaluation of the workers performance model using the selected multi-criteria evaluation method. The performance assessment model is based on a modern approach to evaluation, i.e. performance as such and set competences. When evaluating variants where the AHP method was used, works on the principle of creating a linear hierarchical structure of criteria. This draft evaluation could be used as a specific basis for the wage assessment in the relevant salary evaluation of the company's employees.
