Cílem práce je navržení a zavedení změn procesního a pracovního uspořádání útvaru tak, aby došlo ke zlepšení a stabilizaci zkoumaných ukazatelů, které stanovují výkonnost a efektivitu práce útvaru.cs
dc.description.abstractThis diploma project discusses the inner reorganization of a particular company which offer information technology services. The aim of this project is to submit a proposal how to make a desired change and how to implement it within the company, so that we get a better working system as to the designed process and staffing. An improvement and a consolidation will be gained by studying the relevant indicators that influence the output and work efficiency inside of the given company.en
