Zařízení pro manipulaci víka termální čistící pece

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem zařízení, které umožňuje manipulaci víka termální čistící pece. V úvodní části je prováděn rozbor současného řešení manipulace a určení požadavků pro výsledné řešení. Následuje popis různých konceptů řešení, z nichž byl jeden vybrán a rozpracován do výsledného konstrukčního řešení. Finální konstrukce byla zkontrolována analytickými pevnostními výpočty a počítačovou simulací metodou konečných prvků. Výsledný návrh plně odpovídá zadání práce a kladeným požadavkům.

Bachelor thesis deals with design of the device, that allows manipulation of the thermal cleaning furnace lid. In the introductory part, an analysis of the current solution of manipulation and determination of requirements for the final solution is performed. The following is a description of various solution concepts, one of which was selected and developed into the final design solution. The final structure was checked by analytical tension calculations and computer simulation by the finite element method. The resulting design fully corresponds to the assignment and the requirements.
