Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on adapting the material flow to production in the company Lohmann & Rauscher s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable solution for efficient material flow into production and to optimize the handling process in terms of time savings in material handling. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with all the issues that appear in this topic. The practical part is focused on basic information about the company Lohmann & Rauscher Ltd., analysis of the current state and application of theoretical knowledge and methods by means of which changes were made improving the material flow into production.
