Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a design and a construction solution of a pinion´s support for big size gearings. Two pinions with straight teeth which drive a divided gear rim are placed on shafts located in spherical-roller bearings. These spherical-roller bearings are put in large-size bearing housings which are fastened by bolts to an anchor frame. The blueprint of a pinion´s support and the as-built drawing of a pinion are included.
